On June 21, we successfully presented our project “Your Voice, Your Europe” at this year’s Lent Festival in Maribor as part of the Art Camp. This was a debut Street Action that will be on Tour in several European Cities during August and September 2024.
The main goals of Your Voice, Your Europe! is bringing together and involving young people and other groups from different countries, social backgrounds and localities and raising awareness about the importance of the European Parliament elections by actively voting for MEPs who will represent their values and vision of life in the EU, while stressing that civic responsibility does not end with the elections.
In Maribor, young people visually interpreted their concerns about their future through artistic approach on canvas. They expressed their demands for free housing for all, for a green future, for more sustainable public transport, for more understanding and, above all, for accessible public health care for all.
