On 27 September 2024, the SLOGA Platform organised a Round Table on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition “Sustainable Development Goals for Change” with the Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica in Portorož and presented the Your Voice, Your Europe project!
It was interesting to hear academics’ views on the values of the European Union and their implementation in the university field. They said that the key is to network between faculties both in Europe and around the world, sharing knowledge and experience.
Participants then expressed themselves artistically on canvas, writing or drawing their most important EU values.
The main goals of Your Voice, Your Europe! is bringing together and involving young people and other groups from different countries, social backgrounds and localities and raising awareness about the importance of the European Parliament elections by actively voting for MEPs who will represent their values and vision of life in the EU, while stressing that civic responsibility does not end with the elections.
